About
Me.

I go by Sangeeta. I have over 30 years of experience as a c-suite business, technical and operations executive leading organizations as large as 5000 employees with budgets of over $300M serving industries such as, technology, aerospace, energy, and market research. I provide business and talent advice to senior leaders across the industry. 


I have strong track record at Amazon, Nielsen, and GE, in executive roles like Chief Data Officer, Chief Diversity Officer and Chief Business Process improvement officer. We led product, process, and service innovations where we worked backwards from the customer with an outside-in perspective, challenged boundaries and the status quo. I have a unique blend of business and technical skills that helps her make and influence complex decisions. As a result, I developed expertise in business problem solving through talent to grow business, scale organizations while managing risks in complex environments. 


My passion to help teams solve business problems was apparent when we launched business and leadership accelerator programs in various companies that are still successful today - culminating in Gotara, our startup. We are most effective with mid-cap high growth companies that do not have the business experience to scale profitably. 


I have a track record of coaching my team and my customers to deliver significant impact on a global scale. Below reflects how I guide and help my organization, our customers, and my network of mentees in delivering results, operational excellence and creative thinking. • In Gotara, within a year after launching Gotara our team delivered profitability while scaling the enterprise platform to millions of users and growing topline revenue by 500%. • After a shutdown experience of Prime Day at Amazon, our team leveraged the platform to identify risks two months prior to minimize shutdowns. 

• I coached my COO to launch/iterate products using agile methodology at 4x the industry pace and now 33K users at Gotara. Our small but mighty team at Amazon launched the platform for the audience of 1.2M in just 4 months. 

• Turned around an underperforming Data Science organization, reducing quality instances from 35% to under 0.9% while reducing attrition by 32% and increasing innovation by 500%. All while growing the organization from 250 to 1000 data scientists. 

• Our Team at GE Aviation enabled significant EBITDA growth by dramatically improving accuracy of technical/financial models for a $26Bn aviation service portfolio. 


In today’s economy, innovation, process excellence, and talent development at a faster pace are key to commercial success and I have much to contribute as a board member. I have 27 patents and authored 2 books. I won Several awards including, two Women of Color Career Achievement Awards, Nielsen CEO Awards, and the Latimer Award at GE. I enjoy playing golf and cooking gourmet food.
