About
Me.

BIO | CHRISTINA DAVIS Christina Davis adopted New York City as her hometown 20+ years ago. It is where she perfected her many talents as an organizational learning and development guru, executive coach, & communications expert—an executive who develops strategic experiences that help organizations and their people to thrive. It is also where she raised her now teenage son, became a certified yoga instructor and ran a home styling company on the side.

While she continuously runs her own talent and organizational consulting firm that focuses on organizational leadership, team development associate and customer engagement, and executive coaching, Christina also has joined forces with a powerhouse team on a new venture that will launch in the fall of 2025. Previously, Christina joined European Wax Center as Vice President, Communications & Events in 2014. Her main responsibilities include managing the external communications for the brand, overseeing the local and corporate events function that supports the ever-growing over 600 franchise center networks, building a philanthropic foundation, and overseeing strategic brand communications initiatives.

At Victoria’s Secret Beauty she served as Vice President, Education, Public Relations and Client Relations. She managed the development of learning and development tools and programs that drove profitable top-line sales for over 500 retail stores, developed 12,000 associates and improved client experiences. Her team’s efforts helped to generate annual sales from $500M to a billion-dollar company and achieve Dream Angels Fragrance as the #1 selling prestige fragrance in America for three consecutive years. Christina reported directly to the President; and managed departmental budgets totaling over $4 million.

Christina’s reputation grew while at Chinique International where she was Director, Education and Development. At Clinique, Christina developed training programs from initial stage training to advanced selling and leadership skills for the 85 countries she helped oversee in the respective training departments. This included training program development, train-the trainer experiences, and 1-on-1 performance coaching for the local market managers. Prior to her promotion as Director Education at Clinique in the New York Headquarters, Christina worked in the Sydney, Australia brand as a Regional Education Manager for two years.

Her early career included stints at Private Industry Council of Philadelphia and Corbett Associates, both in Philadelphia. Christina worked respectively as a Training and Employment Specialist and Training Associate.

In the early part of her career after graduating with a degree in Human Services (1986) from Colorado State University & Metropolitan State College, Christina spent time as a Legal Advocate/Non-Residential counselor for a shelter for battered women while still in Denver.

Additionally, her entrepreneurial spirit has also guided her in another endeavor that follows her love for all things home design. She has operated a home interiors styling company for the last twelve years. She loves helping people create spaces in their homes that reflect who they are and who they want to be. Places to reflect, exhale, revive, and feel comforted.

She currently lives in the heart of New York City and rejuvenates on the weekends at her home in Connecticut with her life partner. When she’s not working, she continues to practice yoga & Pilates after nearly 20 years and is always ready with her camera to capture the small moments of everyday life.
