I am Catalina Valenzuela, CEO of Innovus Consulting and a strategist dedicated to digital transformation and gender equality. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in creating equitable workplaces and integrating gender awareness into organizational practices. My work includes leading transformative projects for climate action business accelerators in Latin America, supported by EIT Climate KIC and the European Union, and directing a climate change capacity-building initiative for Panama's Environmental Ministry, financed by CAF, the Andean countries development bank.

Educated at the London School of Economics and Universidad de los Andes, my efforts focus on designing and delivering workshops that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the USA and Latin America. My mission is to mentor and inspire future leaders to embed sustainability and equity into their operations.
