Prior to embarking on career coaching, Anita was customer-driven business leader with a track record of delivering innovative surgical solutions and building high-performing global teams in Research & Development, Quality Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance. During her twenty seven years of dedicated service to Johnson & Johnson, she has designed and developed complex medical devices aimed to improve health for humanity. As Vice President of R&D, Anita led a global team of over 350 people, delivering medical device solutions for a $9B business. She championed portfolio & resource management, strategic planning, business development, risk management, and leadership. Her tenants are to accelerate value creating innovation by inspiring transformational change and driving a growth mindset in the organization.

Anita's influence at Johnson & Johnson transcended product development; she was a tireless advocate for cultivating a positive culture and nurturing individual growth. She was instrumental in advancing opportunities for women in orthopedics, supporting various employee resource groups, and establishing internship programs for under-represented minority high school students.

Anita believes in living a values-based balanced life and enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.  She is honored to help others accomplish their life’s mission.
