About
Me.
I have dedicated my career to designing and implementing social impact solutions across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. As a consultant, coach, and facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience, I specialize in strategy, operating models, organizational effectiveness, change management, and scaling mission-driven programs.
Currently, I lead Slalom’s North American nonprofit strategy, where I established the firm’s first global Nonprofit Center of Excellence—driving a 40% year-over-year increase in nonprofit partnerships and enabling 40+ markets to deliver transformative solutions to clients.
My passion for equity and systems change began in college when I founded an after-school arts program for children in shelters, an experience that solidified my commitment to removing systemic barriers. Since then, I have dedicated my career to systems change by scaling pro bono corporate engagement programs at Taproot Foundation, spearheading public health and homelessness initiatives at Gartner impacting millions, and advising hundreds of nonprofit organizations on leadership development and governance.
Additionally, as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of San Francisco, I am dedicated to equipping the next generation of social impact leaders with the tools to create lasting change.
