About
Me.

As a strategic leader, board member, and advocate for gender equity and education, I am passionate about supporting the next generation of women leaders. With a global perspective and a deep commitment to mentorship, I strive to empower women to lead boldly in their communities and across sectors.

Over the course of my career, I have served in senior leadership at a Fortune 500 company, as a board member for public and private entities, and as a long-time volunteer and nonprofit leader. As Managing Director of Strategic Capital at Prologis (NYSE: PLD), I led global initiatives spanning investment, finance risk, and operations, helping grow the firm’s private capital business. In parallel, I’ve made service to others a core part of my life.

I served on the Board of Trustees at Hamilton College, where I contributed to the Sustainability Working Group and Carbon Neutrality Strategy Committee, helping shape environmental goals for future generations. I’ve also been a board member and board president of GirlVentures, a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to empowering adolescent girls through outdoor adventure and leadership programs. I continue to volunteer actively with GirlVentures as it works to regain its financial footing and expand its impact.

As a mentor, I bring a collaborative, inclusive approach shaped by real-world experience navigating complex organizations, building global partnerships, and leading diverse teams. I believe in the power of community, collective action, and female leadership to create lasting change. It would be a privilege to serve as a global advisor to an emerging nonprofit leader, and to support their growth, voice, and impact on the world.
