Nicole DeMeo: Nicole DeMeo, consulting Chief Marketing Officer and How Women Lead Advisor, is an accomplished business launch, growth, turnaround and crisis expert. A Silicon Valley veteran, she works closely with executive teams to develop strategies and guide companies through multiple phases of their lifecycles. Her participation in over 50 company launches - including four of her own – has created significantly increased valuations, acquisitions, IPOs and turnarounds during downturns and crises. Nicole has served as brand ambassador and marketing strategist for industry leaders such as Steve Jobs, Eric Schmidt and Carly Fiorina and created brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Hewlett Packard and Accenture. She has also been on leadership teams forming or marketing funds and incubators including Andra Capital, How Women Invest and Earlybird VC. Nicole advises multiple companies via her own consultancy and via agency work with Burson Cohn & Wolfe. Fueled by her desires to give back, she has worked with some of the most influential non-profits (on national crises), foundations and community organizations of our time including: The September 11th Fund, New York Community Trust and American Red Cross. She is a frequent public speaker and has been profiled in the media as an entrepreneur, investor and in support of mentoring female founders and investors. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and in all her spare time she delights in making wine as the owner of Media Luna Vineyards (Mendoza, Argentina) with her award-winning wines distributed in the Bay Area. Jeanine Moss: Jeanine Moss is a product and brand development specialist who has shepherded numerous organizations and brands through worldwide crises. She works closely with start-ups, innovators and agencies and advises corporations like Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton and Hewlett Packard on product development, brand positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies. Moss has addressed some of the most significant disruptions of our time including repositioning New York City’s tourism industry, propelling the technology revolution, and acting as Chief Communications officer for The September 11th Fund after the terrorist attacks. In addition, she has supported international non-profits like the American Red Cross and United Way of America and crisis response efforts for organizations like the U.S. Travel Association, New York City and the Department of Defense Personnel & Readiness Directorate. As Chair of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Marketing & Advertising Committee, Moss leads a team of the nation’s most influential marketers and led the team that created the industry’s first crisis communications manual.
