About
Me.
For over 20 years Prabitha’s passion to create an impact through technology has driven her to lead global teams at some of the best-known names in technology, including Nutanix, Loom, Box, Ericsson, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, PayPal, and Oracle. Throughout her career, Prabitha has been a passionate advocate for women, both inside and outside of the workplace. At Box, she co-chaired Women in Technology (WIT) Employee Resource Group and founded the WIT-OPS ERG, building a career community that empowered women in technical operations. Outside of work, she has mentored women and led career development sessions for Everwise, Plato, and Grace Hopper Academy. She’s also worked with several women-owned stealth start-ups and non-profits, advising them on business plans and fundraising. Prabitha holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from India’s Anna University, a graduate degree in computer science from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School. As the mother of a teenage daughter, she hopes for a safer world where women are treated equally and empowered to create their futures without losing their voices.
