Marnie France Morgan Leads Enterprise Operations teams as general managers for all operational execution for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 enterprises in her role as Director of Enterprise operations at Ricoh- USA, Inc. Ricoh-USA Inc is part of Ricoh Ltd, a multinational company with over 100,000 employees in 190 countries. Marnie provides executive sponsorship to enterprise customers regardless of scope or geography.
Marnie has over 20 plus years of experience in Outsourcing Operations. Marnie provides leadership, strategic insight, and direction over Enterprise Account Operations teams. Marnie owns employee productivity, development and job satisfaction that drives a customer first environment. She owns direct and indirect management of approximately 500 employees within an outsourcing portfolio. Much of her efforts focuses on aligning with Legal Enterprise firms, implementing, and driving business strategies and key initiatives in alignment with the firm’s strategic goals. Marnie specializes in securing and maintaining a sole source vendor relationship in highly visible Legal and Corporate accounts. She is an effective communicator, with a track record for operational excellence. She works diligently to meet the expanding needs and expectations of all the accounts in her portfolio. Marnie has held several operations leadership roles, consisted of high visibility, and challenged accounts. Managing these unique accounts is what shaped what she would be known for in her career (Builder of customer focused teams). Marnie excels in process improvement, customer satisfaction and creating effective teams that priority one is customer experience. She manages a $35 million portfolio of clients focusing on key industries. She takes a broad and strategic enterprise view, working with other leaders to leverage all resources to deliver business goals and achieve exceptional customer service experience. She is accomplished in operational strategy, implements processes and procedures that provide strategic guidance to teams in a manner that will promote the adoption of KPI’s, Program Standards of account governance, customer advocacy and contractual compliance. Marnie’s dedication to promote a culture of excellence and inclusion extends past her role in business. Her resilience defined by her native land, Haiti. She is a graduate of Lynn University where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Marnie has a Bachelor’s in business with a concentration in International Business. Marnie is an agent for change using her experience to cultivate a leadership mindset and sharing her life’s journey with future leaders.
