Lori Ann Guy is Head of Customer Delivery & Engagement – West Region at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.  SAP is a global leader in enterprise applications and business AI and stands at the nexus of business and technology.  In her role, Guy leads a team that maximizes customer success by managing complexity, stabilizing operations, and focusing on innovation.  Guy joined SAP in 2014 and has developed trusted advisor relationships with customers by creating collaborative partnerships. Her leadership style fosters a results-driven culture of transparency, commitment, and motivation.

As an experienced customer advocate, Guy has been engaged with customers throughout their technology journeys - from solutions development and implementation to training and adoption.  She has been consistently recognized by Fortune 100 customers for delivering results through her leadership, collaboration, and project management expertise.  Prior to SAP, Guy worked in semiconductors, telecommunications, experience marketing, glass manufacturing, and the candy industry.  As a Program Manager at Applied Materials, she led a task force to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.  As a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Enterprise Networks [now Unify], Guy was selected to turnaround troubled projects and improve business relationships with strategic customers -- resulting in measurable business impacts of revenue and customer satisfaction.

Guy holds undergraduate degrees from Spelman College and Georgia Institute of Technology. She also has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University.  Guy was an Executive Education Apprentice Coach at Stanford University’s d. school, supporting the Design Thinking Practice.  She is also a certified Change Management Practitioner and a Project Management Professional [PMP].
