Dr. Dianne M. Dawson is a consultant and educator with 20 years of industry experience in corporate finance, 15 years of academic experience teaching leadership and strategic management in graduate programs and over 10 years advising non-profit directors and executives on matters of governance, leadership, and operational effectiveness.  She currently serves as Full Professor of Management at Loyola University Chicago and Strategic Advisor at 4D Advising, an Organizational Performance consulting practice focusing on Management, Strategy, and Leadership.  Her focused work is to assist leaders in fostering healthy work environments through sound strategy, comprehensive planning, leadership development and performance management.  She has served on, and advised, boards of directors, coached executive leaders, and developed management staff in local, regional and national settings.  She has held administrative roles in industry and academia and honors her passion for teaching.
