Elizenda is a seasoned leadership and organizational design advisor with over 17 years of experience guiding C-suite executives, founders, and nonprofit leaders in building resilient, equitable, and growth-oriented organizations. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and certification in design thinking, she specializes in helping leaders translate vision into scalable strategies, structures, and cultures. Her expertise spans organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, and culture building, all grounded in human-centered design principles. Through her work, she enables organizations to foster inclusive ecosystems that empower people, strengthen performance, and sustain long-term impact. In addition to her advisory work, she has contributed to academia as a lecturer in Human Resources Management at HEC Montréal and continues to shape thought leadership through facilitation, coaching, and consulting.
Deeply committed to community and systemic change, Elizenda serves as a board member of the Foundation for Black Communities and is an alumna of the How Women Lead – Women Leaders for the World Fellowship. She is also the creator and executive producer of the award-winning podcast From Where We Stand: Conversations on Race and Mental Health, amplifying diverse voices and experiences across Canada. Known as a connector and mentor, she is dedicated to opening doors and creating opportunities for emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
Within this program, Elizenda would be especially well positioned to support leaders in the areas of leadership development, organizational transformation, and human-centered design—helping them navigate complexity, design inclusive systems, and lead with clarity, purpose, and impact.
